Transfer and Former Students
Submit official transcripts from all accredited colleges or universities attended outside of the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) immediately after applying for admission to Richland College. DCCCD Board Policy mandates the submission of all transcripts regardless of whether or not you intend to earn a degree at Richland. Official transcripts submitted cannot have a print date over 3 years old.
Transcripts will be reviewed to determine if TSI requirements are met.
Students formerly enrolled in a college of the DCCCD who have not attended a DCCCD college for more than one year must submit an updated online application to be considered for re-admission. If you have official transcripts on file that have a print date of over 3 years, you will be required to submit updated official transcripts upon re-admitting to the college.
If you have questions, please email RLCTSICoordinator@dcccd.edu.
NOTE: Financial Aid students will not receive an award of any kind until all official transcripts have been received and evaluated.
