Leadership, Education and Awareness for Disabilities

L.E.A.D. is open to students interested in developing an understanding of disabilities and the challenges experienced by those who live with them.

The Goals of the L.E.A.D. Club

Build leaders on campus and throughout the community
Educate students about services available to them through The Richland College Disability Services Office
Bring awareness of challenges faced by student with disabilities to the Richland College Community
Promote Advocacy
