Rentals

Thank you for your interest in renting space at Richland College. Please contact the rooms coordinator directly via e-mail or phone for space availability, pricing, and additional requirements: rlcrooms@dcccd.edu or 972-238-6061. Below is general information about rentals.

  • Rentals are per-hour with a four-hour minimum.
  • Liability insurance may be required based on event.
    • Physical Facility liability insurance
    • Sexual abuse/molestation insurance
  • Vice President of Business Services must approve all events according to college policy

  • Rentable Spaces/Rooms
    • Performance Hall = seats 488
    • Lecture Halls = seats 175 or 120
    • Classrooms = seat 20 – 80
    • Large Gym (basketball courts/bleachers)
    • Small Gym (one mirrored wall)
    • Conference rooms (board rooms to rooms with versatile seating rooms) = seat 15-130
    • No computer labs can be rented.
    • Baseball field can be rented; no lights.
    • Soccer fields rented via Chamber Classic Soccer Alliance, Dick Stanford, 214-360-0675, CCSAI@sbcglobal.net
