Disability Services Tests
The Richland College Test Center administers tests to students who require special accommodations. Accommodations must be approved by an advisor from the Disability Services Office, in Thunderduck Hall, room T110/T120.

If the student does not need a scribe or reader, appointments should be made at least two days ahead of time. If the student is in need of a scribe or reader, the appointment must be made 3 business days in advance. (Students are strongly encouraged to reserve the reduced distraction room at the beginning of the semester, for the entire semester, based on test dates in the class syllabus. During final exams last minute reservations may be difficult to arrange.)

For accommodation of use of room only for Instructional Testing:
The pink copy of the Approved Academic Accommodations form must be on file before scheduling an appointment.
Appointments for make-up test are allowed at 1.5 the classroom time.
The following information will be required from the student at the time of the reservation:
- Students Name
- Instructors Name
- Accommodations form on file
- Course Name/Number
- Test Number (So that we may check the file and determine time needed for scribe/reader.)
For accommodation of use of room only for the new TSI Testing:
The Approved Academic Accommodations form or an email from DSO for the new TSl testing must be on file before scheduling an appointment.
Appointments for the new TSI testing are to be scheduled for 8 hour blocks. **May not begin later than 12:00 noon, M-Th. or 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Extenuating circumstances must be approved.
