Scott Toups
Head Coach

Scott Toups begins his 7th season as the head women’s soccer coach at Richland College. Toups has continued the Thunderducks winning way by adding a national championship in 2009 to the Richland trophy case which also won in 2004 and 2006. His 2012 and 2013 teams finished 4th and 5th respectfully.

Jesse Garfias
Assistant Coach

Garfias joined the Richland coaching staff in 2009. Garfias brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Richland. Prior to Richland Garfias served as the women’s soccer coach at Cedar Valley College. He currently serves as a coach and director for the Texas Lightning Soccer Club.

Vinson Brown
Assistant Coach

Vinson Brown joined the Richland coaching staff in 2012. Prior to Richland Brown served as the assistant soccer coach at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Vinson has brought his recruiting and scouting abilities to the Richland Coaching staff. Brown also serves as a coach for the Mustangs FC.
