If the holiday falls on Monday, campus will be closed the preceding Saturday and Sunday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h7>Rooms that cannot be requested through this page:<\/h7>\n<ul>\n<li> Del Rio Labs &#8211; Contact Nancy Rice at x6375 to request.<\/li>\n<li>Fannin Performance Hall &#8211; E-mail requests to <a href=\"mailto:rlctheatrerequest@dcccd.edu\">rlctheatrerequest@dcccd.edu<\/a> or in Outlook, RLC TheatreRequest<\/li>\n<li>A250, A237 &#8211; Contact Administration receptionist at x6192 to request.<\/li>\n<li>E081, E087, E088- Reserved by the Lakeside Resource Center (E082) receptionist. Call extension  x3777.<\/li>\n<li>Soccer fields &#8211; Contact room coordinator for information.<\/li>\n<li>Tennis Courts &#8211; Cannot be reserved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h7>When submitting a request:<\/h7>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete one form &#8211; If you are requesting multiple rooms for one event including multiple days, complete one form.  Use comment section for additional information.<\/li>\n<li>Complete multiple forms &#8211; If you are requesting multiple, separate, unrelated events.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h7>After room request has been approved:<\/h7>\n<ul>\n<li>A room confirmation will be sent to you from RLC Rooms.<\/li>\n<li>If a room setup is needed, submit a Facility Work Request to Jerri Barron in Facilities Services by completing the following form, with the room confirmation attached, within 48 hours of your scheduled  <a href=\"\/assets\/uploads\/2015\/02\/rooms-facilities-work-request.pdf\">event<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>For any media needs, contact Media Distribution at 972-238-6085 or complete an online request form: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<form action=\"\/room-reservations\/reserve-a-room\">\n<p><button>Request a Room Now<\/button><\/p>\n<\/form\n\n\n\n<form action=\"\/room-reservations\/reserve-a-learn-lab\">\n<p><button>Request a Learn Lab Room Now<\/button><\/p>\n<\/form>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please read the information below carefully before making a reservation.
