Below is general information about rentals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rentals are per-hour with a four-hour minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Liability insurance may be required based on event.\n<ul>\n<li>Physical Facility liability insurance <\/li>\n<li>Sexual abuse\/molestation insurance\n    <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vice President of Business Services must approve all events according to college policy<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Rentable Spaces\/Rooms\n<ul>\n<li>Performance Hall = seats 488<\/li>\n<li>Lecture Halls = seats 175 or 120<\/li>\n<li>Classrooms = seat 20 &#8211; 80<\/li>\n<li>Large Gym (basketball courts\/bleachers) <\/li>\n<li>Small Gym (one mirrored wall)<\/li>\n<li>Conference rooms (board rooms to rooms with versatile seating rooms) = seat 15-130<\/li>\n<li>No computer labs can be rented.<\/li>\n<li>Baseball field can be rented; no lights.<\/li>\n<li>Soccer fields rented via Chamber Classic Soccer Alliance, Dick Stanford, 214-360-0675, <a href=\"mailto:CCSAI@sbcglobal.net\">CCSAI@sbcglobal.net<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul \n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for your interest in renting space at Richland College.
