The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) is intended to make prospective students aware of a school’s commitment to providing equitable opportunities for its men and women students. Any coeducational school of higher education that participates in any federal financial aid program and has intercollegiate sports, must make the EADA Report available to current and prospective students and to the public.
